Millennials: How and Why You Should Consider them in Your Digital Marketing Plan

Millennials, or the ‘digital generation’ are considered to be one of the largest and most difficult consumers to market to. Born between 1980 and 2000, they are tech savvy, it is very tricky to appeal to them, as they are always in search of something better and something bigger.

  2. Keeping in touch – Connecting regularly with the millennials through emails and messages builds brand trust and wins them over.
  3. Authentic, genuine – Millennials do not get swayed by catchy phrases and flowery language. Ingenuity in the description of products and services appeal to them. If your company’s values align with theirs, they trust you and are more inclined to buy your products.
  4. Inbound marketing – Millennials love blog posts, ebooks and fun videos that provide useful information.
